Right of withdrawal
Your 14-day right to change your mind as an EU consumer.
As a consumer in the EU you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day you, or someone you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods. The full conditions are in section 9 of our Terms & Conditions.
How to withdraw
Tell us clearly that you are withdrawing before the 14 days are over. The quickest way is our online withdrawal form. You can also email contact@fxneurope.eu or write to us at the address below. You may use the model form, but you don’t have to.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. We tell you where to send them. The direct cost of returning the goods is yours.
- We refund all payments, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the payment method you used. We may wait until we have the goods back or you have shown proof that you sent them.
- You are only liable for loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check them.
